America’s Most Loved Brands Methodology Overview

America’s Most Loved Brands 2025 recognizes the brands in the United States that consumers love the most, based on a range of relevant metrics.

The study incorporates more than 24,000 consumers interviews and over 359,000 comprehensive brand reviews. The consumers who were interviewed shared their insights and evaluations of the brand overall, as well as their level of affection for the brand, based on five key brand categories: brand love, brand credibility, reliability, purchase intent and brand affinity. They only assessed brands they have personally used or are familiar with, ensuring that the results are based on genuine consumer experience.

The list of most loved brands excluded companies that have recently been involved in significant legal, ethical, or reputational issues, such as data breaches, major recalls, lawsuits, unethical practices, or environmental damage. Plant-A leveraged Onclusive’s media monitoring platform Critical Mention to identify and filter out such cases.
