USA TODAY’s Most Trusted Brands 2026 recognizes the top consumer brands in the U.S. based on customer trust across key performance metrics. The study evaluated more than 4,800 brands—selected from an initial pool of 20,000—using a large-scale national survey, online reviews, and desk research. Between September and October 2025, over 23,000 U.S. consumers assessed brands across core trust dimensions, supported by broader customer sentiment from online reviews. Using a proprietary scoring model, the 500 highest-scoring brands were recognized as USA TODAY’s Most Trusted Brands 2026.

USA TODAY's America’s Best Customer Service in Financial Services 2026 recognizes the best companies in the financial services sector that provide the best customer service. The study evaluated more than 2,500 companies through extensive desk research and a nationwide survey of 31,000 customers conducted between September and October 2025. Respondents rated companies across seven dimensions of customer satisfaction. In addition, over 75,000 reviews from more than 25,000 customers from the 2023 and 2024 studies to assess consistency in customer service. Using a proprietary scoring model, the 500 highest-scoring companies were recognized as USA TODAY's America’s Best Customer Service in Financial Services 2026.

More than 21,000 companies were initially reviewed, with over 7,100 undergoing detailed evaluation through a nationwide survey of 32,000 consumers. The study combined customer surveys, online review analysis, and publicly available data, along with over 1.1 million reviews from the 2023 and 2024 studies. Using a proprietary scoring model, the highest-scoring companies in each segment were honored on USA TODAY's America’s Best Customer Service 2026.

America’s Best Moving Companies 2026 highlights top-performing moving firms across the U.S. that deliver exceptional customer experiences. The rankings were developed through a combination of nationwide data analysis and a large-scale survey of American customers. More than 17,000 individuals contributed feedback alongside over 2 million online reviews, evaluating companies across six key aspects: care of belongings, punctuality and timeliness, professionalism and communication, price and cost transparency, overall reliability, and customer trust.
