Americas Greatest Workplaces

America’s Greatest Workplaces 2025 Overview

America’s Greatest Workplaces study is a collection of projects published in 2023-2025 that recognizes the greatest workplaces in the United States by their performance on a range of relevant metrics from the perspective of U.S. employees.

The study includes an assessment of publicly available data, along with discussions and interviews with HR professionals. Additionally, Plant-A conducts a large-scale, confidential online survey of employees at U.S. companies, gathering feedback on topics such as sustainability and awareness, compensation and benefits, training and career development, work-life balance, workplace environment, company reputation, and corporate culture. The study is designed to be demographically representative, aligning with U.S. Census Data.

As part of the Desk Research initiative, Plant-A meticulously conducts an extensive analysis to identify and document more than 10 different Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Every company ranked on these lists is screened for unfair workplace practices, legal disputes and reputational issues using Onclusive’s media monitoring platform Critical Mention. Every mention is then carefully analysed and companies involved in critical issues are excluded from the rankings.

The final data validation process is a collaborative effort involving Plant-A research and Newsweek editorial teams to meticulously review all outcomes for plausibility.
