America’s Greatest Workplaces for Inclusion & Diversity 2025 Methodology Overview
America’s Greatest Workplaces for Inclusion & Diversity 2025 recognizes organizations that truly value and uphold diversity — as reflected in both employee feedback and a rigorous, data-driven evaluation process.
The study drew on a wide range of sources, including publicly available data, input from specialized data partners, interviews with HR professionals, large-scale employee surveys, and two years of comprehensive desk research. This analysis incorporated insights from more than 4.9 million company reviews and data from over 240,000 employee interviews.
In partnership with third-party data provider Aniline, Plant-A analyzed over 120 key performance indicators (KPIs) to gain a holistic view of workplace excellence. These KPIs spanned areas such as leadership, integrity, compensation, career advancement, workplace culture, sense of belonging, and work-life balance.
Companies facing recent legal issues, workplace controversies, or reputational concerns were not included in the final list. Plant-A leveraged Onclusive’s media monitoring platform Critical Mention to identify and filter out such cases.
