Getting Started is Easy
Every organization undergoes a rigorous, transparent, and multi-layered evaluation model:
Register Your Company
Complete the Direct Participation Registration Form shared by Plant-A to formally confirm your participation.
Receive Your Survey Pack
Plant-A will provide your unique survey link, employee communication materials, and assign a dedicated project manager to provide regular updates.
Invite Employees
Share the secure survey link with eligible U.S.-based employees to complete at their convenience during the designated survey window.
We Do The Rest
Plant-A securely processes responses, combines them with national data, and independently evaluates your company using our proprietary scoring model.
Important Note: Participation is completely voluntary and does not guarantee inclusion in the final rankings. Every company is evaluated independently using the exact same methodology, whether or not it participates directly.
